Position: Modern Digital Workplace Analyst
Salary: Stream A, Level 6 from $103 K / year + Super
Location: 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central
Duration: Permanent, Fulltime
We are seeking an individual to join our IT branch to oversee the development, maintenance, and support of our Council's Modern Digital Workplace.
The ideal candidate should have a robust ability to manage and maintain systems and applications in managed operating environments on desktop, laptop, mobile, and tablet endpoints. Candidates should also have a detailed understanding of packaging and testing software applications via Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
Extensive experience supporting managed MOE and MDM environments at an enterprise level is essential.
This role requires you to support Windows 10/11, MAC OS, Apple iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 using tools such as:
- Intune
- SCCM / MECM
- Azure AD
- Group Policy
- Active Directory
- PowerShell
- Samsung Knox
- Apple Business Manager
Candidates will be expected to draw from their technical experience to provide advice, deliver projects, resolve incidents, write technical documents/processes, and deliver IT services.
