Front Office / Receptionist - Archer Hotel
The Archer Hotel is on the lookout for a friendly, energetic receptionist to join our front-of-house team. This key role involves greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring exceptional service. We need a professional, organized individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
- Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
- Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required
Qualifications
About you:
- You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
- You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are highly organised and have outstanding computer skills
Inherent requirements:
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
