About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join this close-knit, high-performing team. You’ll manage a tidy portfolio with full support while enjoying a fun, positive environment that celebrates success.
Your Day Will Include:
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Overseeing a well-maintained property portfolio
- Multiple VAs for in-office support and leasing assistant
- Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Wellness hub
- Managing compliance requirements with attention to detail
- Representing the agency at networking and industry events
About You
- Proven experience in property management - 1 year
- Current QLD Real Estate Licence and driver’s licence
- Motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Skilled presentation and confident demeanour
- Able to work independently while being a valued team player
