Day Shift | Full-Time Hours | Ongoing Role
We’re looking for a reliable and capable Floor Supervisor to support daily operations at a busy manufacturing site in Mareeba. This is a hands-on role that suits someone confident leading people, keeping work flowing, and maintaining a safe and organised setting. The work is rapid paced, so you’ll need to be comfortable making decisions under pressure.
What you’ll be doing
• Overseeing day-to-day floor operations
• Coordinating staff and maintaining workflow
• Supporting production and ensuring tasks are completed safely
• Communicating clearly with team members
• Stepping in to assist where required
What we’re looking for
• Highly reliable individual with strong initiative
• Applicants from all areas are welcome,
though being based in Mareeba is an advantage for start times and transport
• Confident supervising small teams
• Strong people and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Available between 6am and 6pm on weekdays, with occasional weekend work during peak periods
• Forklift ticket preferred (not essential)
