Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building robust client relationships, delivering solutions, and driving results? We’re looking for an experienced telesales or service-based sales specialist to join a small, high-performing team in Inner Melbourne.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue by managing and growing B2C and B2B client accounts
- Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into results
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and referral partners
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and follow up to ensure smooth transactions
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team to support sales campaigns and initiatives
- Offer solutions to clients’ needs and provide feedback to improve processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in telesales or service-based sales (B2C/B2B)
- Strong customer service focus and ability to handle sensitive client situations
- Confident communicator on the phone and in writing
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused
- Motivated by helping people and delivering results, not just chasing promotions
- Comfortable following structured processes and working in a collaborative team
