The Role:
Are you a tech-savvy Foreman/Site Manager who's looking to step up and gain more exposure? Join a progressive and design-led residential builder delivering award-worthy architectural homes across Melbourne.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll support site delivery, assist in running programs, and help manage trades, suppliers, and subcontractors. You'll occasionally jump on the tools – but your bigger value is in keeping things running smoothly.
- Supporting site operations across architectural residential builds
- Helping schedule and track programs using MS Projects, Excel etc
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met
- Jumping on the tools when needed – not your core role, but helpful when required
About You:
- Trade qualified Foreman/Site manager
- Someone with strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using construction software and tools
- Proven background within the high-end residential market
