We’re partnering with a major financial institution to appoint a Senior Solutions Architect to support a large program of work within Business Banking. This is a long term contract suited to someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys solving challenging integration problems, and can work confidently with senior stakeholders across multiple domains.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end to end solution architecture across highly integrated systems
- Working closely with product owners, engineers and peers to drive data and information discovery
- Shaping and governing architecture through disciplined frameworks and processes
- Driving legacy application transformation, including re architecture, modernisation and data integration across multiple systems
- Supporting BAU initiatives while contributing to future state design
- Working across data flows within key areas of the bank
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years as a Solutions Architect in large, complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management experience across business, tech and risk domains
- Background in lending, commercial/business banking, or credit risk is highly desirable
- Proven experience modernising legacy systems and delivering large scale integration work
- Familiarity with Pion framework (desirable)
- Understanding of the PACE communication methodology
- Experience working with AI driven solutions
