Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Collections Officer for a 4-month casual contract with an immediate start available.
About the role:
- Collections calls to clients and administrative support to the wider team
- Work with customers regarding financial assistance and hardship
- Ensure all work queues, inboxes and administration requirements are processed in a timely manner
- Supporting Collections team to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts
What we're looking for:
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Ability to remain sensitive and courteous to customers
- Previous experience in collections or call centre from a financial services industry
