About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a motivated, customer-focused team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and create a fun, supportive store culture.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Supporting daily store operations, including opening, closing, and end-of-day tasks
- Assisting with visual merchandising and stock management
- Leading by example to inspire and develop your team
- Contributing to store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging workplace

About You
