About Us
Cornetts IGA is looking for a highly motivated Produce Manager to work in our Cloncurry store.
You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy physical work; ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
Experience:
- Previous management experience, to lead a small to medium team
- Ability to drive sales ,achieve budgets and exceed targets
- Knowledge and experience with OH&S; and safety requirements
- Experience in training and coaching other team members
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills ,able to communicate clearly and negotiate with people from different backgrounds and roles
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example: ability to calculate hours, conduct stocktakes, comprehend company policies
- Excellent Customer Service skills
