About You
- Experience in the security industry as a Crowd Controller or similar
- Professional presentation with strong English language skills (both spoken and written)
- Excellent problem solving,
decision making and conflict resolution abilities to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Flexibility to work at locations in and around Melbourne (typically within 25km of the CBD)
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
What You’ll Need
- Availability to work on Friday nights and weekends (essential)
- Current Victorian Private Security Individual Licence with Crowd Controller Activities (required)
- Current First Aid Certificate (required)
- Valid Australian working rights (required)
- Working with Children Check Card
- Current Drivers Licence and your own reliable transport
- Gaming Licence (highly regarded)
