1. Production Supervisor – Full Time (Commencing January 2026)
Heritage Precast is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor to join our team in the current year.
About the Role
We're seeking a motivated leader who can:
• Run and support a production team
• Keep workflow on track and meet daily targets
• Maintain strong quality assurance standards
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to the floor
About You
• Previous experience in a similar leadership/production role is essential
• Confident leading a team and keeping production moving
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, proactive and organised
• Manual driver's licence a plus
• Forklift ticket preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
