The Legal team support the legal and compliance function of this private markets investment firm in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Role
As Paralegal, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of legal and compliance matters that support investment activities and internal governance. You will:
- Prepare and review legal and regulatory documentation
- Perform administrative duties to implement legal and compliance processes
- Support ad hoc legal projects, including legal research and internal corporate governance matters
Requirements
- Team player who excels in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in a paralegal role, ideally within a similar industry
- Able to adhere to a consistent, yet flexible schedule of 3 or 4 days per week
- Australian permanent resident or citizen
