We’re seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join a leading, multi-franchise dealership in Brisbane’s southern suburbs.

This high-volume site is part of a major automotive group, offering strong internal support and great career pathways. To attract top talent, the dealership is offering an excellent, negotiable salary package.

What you’ll be doing:

- Coordinating the movement of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Ensuring accurate stock records across multiple brands
- Using ERA DMS to maintain data integrity
- Liaising with sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure workflow efficiency

Skills & Experience Sought:

- Attention to Detail: Precision is key to maintaining the integrity of stock records
- Prior Dealership Experience:



Demonstrated familiarity with the automotive industry’s pace and accuracy
- Communication & Organization: Ability to coordinate across departments and thrive in a team setting
- Technical Know-How: Proficiency with ERA DMS systems is essential for smooth daily operations
