About the Role
We’re on the hunt for confident, customer-focused sales professionals who love connecting with people and thrive in a rapid-paced environment. This is a phone-based role handling warm inbound and outbound leads—no cold calling required.
You’ll be part of a supportive, upbeat team in a newly refreshed office, working Monday to Friday (your weekends are free!). If you’re motivated by hitting targets and earning uncapped commission, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with warm leads via phone to promote our exclusive service plans
- Managing customer renewals and providing exceptional service
- Recording sales data and maintaining accurate reports
- Supporting general admin tasks as needed
- Collaborating with a team that celebrates wins and supports growth
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
- Proven experience in customer service and sales (minimum 6 months each)
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for smashing targets
- Resilience, positivity, and a hunger to grow
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
