Elite Eleven is on the hunt for an experienced National Retail Manager to join our growing team. This is an important leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and growth of our retail network across Australia.
We’re looking for someone who has experience as a National Retail Manager, is passionate about team development, thrives on results, and brings strategic thinking to everything they do. You must be confident in leading retail at scale and understand how to elevate both people and performance through strong operational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and lead all store operations nationally across multiple sites

- Coach, support, and develop Area,



Cluster and Store Managers to deliver high-performing teams

- Deliver strong KPI and budget management

- Implement national retail strategies that align with company goals and elevate the customer experience

- Assist with recruitment, training, and succession planning for all retail roles

- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure aligned execution across the business

About You:

- A proven ability to lead retail teams at scale (20+ stores)

- Experience in building culture and developing future leaders

- Able to work across strategic and hands-on leadership responsibilities

- Excellent communication skills

- Passionate about retail and bringing the Elite Eleven brand to life across every store
