The Prospect
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help expand a fast-growing SaaS platform that’s transforming property management across Australia.

You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting and discovery through to demo, negotiation, and close. This role suits a self-starter who thrives in a quick-paced environment, knows how to build relationships,



and is passionate about solving real business problems for clients.

What you’ll do:

- Own and manage your sales pipeline, achieving and exceeding new business targets

- Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to close

- Convert inbound leads and source new opportunities through proactive outreach

- Deliver engaging demos that connect product value to customer needs

- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on strategy, planning, and execution

- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention

- Represent the brand at events, conferences, and customer meetings

- Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to team improvements

What you’ll bring:

- 3+ years’ B2B sales or business development experience (SaaS, PropTech, or Real Estate preferred)

- Experience in selling to real-estate agents, or having worked in one so you understand their challenges

- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

- Confident, engaging communicator – written, verbal, and presentation

- Excellent organisational skills and self-management





- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

- Energetic, optimistic, and results-driven attitude

- A genuine interest in technology and improving the property management experience
