Position Overview:

The Technical Administrator reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for organising and scheduling maintenance operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.



The Technical Administrator further supports the maintenance operations including maintenance of records and data input.

Responsibilities:

- First point of contact for customers, CAMO/MC, pilots and engineers for the management of Aircraft Maintenance scheduling.

- Administering the Manpower Plan in consultation with the Engineering Manager.

- Creating workpacks, preparing quotes and gain work authorisations from applicable OEMs.

- Co-ordination of spare parts and logistics with different stakeholders.

- Finalising workpacks after maintenance events and producing final invoice to customer.

- Monitor and ensure service centre filing systems and record retention procedures are maintained and up to date.

Requirements and Values:

- Knowledge of scheduling management.

- Understanding of aircraft maintenance practices and processes advantageous (CASA Part 145/CAMO)

- Good written and computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular excel, word and outlook.

- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.

- Good interpersonal, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.





- Highly motivated team player, customer focussed, with a professional manner and excellent communication and presentational skills.
