Seeking Carpenter (first & second fixing) to start immediately for ongoing work with a commercial builder.
Details:
- Pay:
- Ordinary Hours: $50.00/ hr + $21.94/day (First 7.6 hours weekdays)
- T 1/2: $60/hour + $21.94/day (7.6 to to 9.6 hours on weekdays and first 2 hours Saturdays)
- Double: $70/hour + $21/94/day (after 9.6 hours weekdays, after 2 hours Saturdays, all Sundays)
- Remote work (40% loading)
- Duration: Ongoing
- Location: All over Perth area, the yard is in Bayswater, some remote assignments
- Start Date: Immediate
- Hours: 5-7 days, local work is usually 40 to 50 hours, remote work is at least 75 hours/ week
Requirements:
- Full set of tools and own vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- You will need to get a Police Clearance once you start
The Work:
- Commercial builder for government projects; police stations, department of finance, government housing.
- Mostly local work, more recently there is plenty of work from home. Currently have a few carpenters in Kalgoorlie making $5-6k/week.
