Position Summary

We have an amazing chance for an experienced eCommerce Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our fulfilment team and support the warehouse office.

Located at West End, we are seeking a motivated and organised individual to assist with day-to-day fulfillment activities. You'll be responsible for managing orders, tracking stock movements and supporting warehouse administration to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

This full-time role plays a crucial part in maintaining systems,



processes and meeting all delivery and fulfilment timeframes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify, stock management, eCommerce fulfilment, returns and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Process wholesale and retail orders accurately in the order management system

- Track and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy through regular stocktakes and audits

- Generate and analyse reports on sales, stock movement, and order trends

- Collaborate with customer care and retail teams to resolve fulfillment issues.

- Be a central point of contact for other business areas with the warehouse

- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to priority and delivery requirements.

Position Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role (warehouse or logistics administration) within a face paced eCommerce environment

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong knowledge of Shopify

- Knowledge and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (eg. PeopleVox) highly regarded





- A proactive, positive team-oriented attitude
