The Role:



A Day in Your Shoes

As the primary face of our studio, you’ll create standout experiences while actively contributing to operations and business growth:

- First point of contact: manage walk-ins, calls, emails

- Educate on modalities and benefits

- Drive sales - convert trial users into memberships or session packs

- Cross sell products, retail and services

- Liaise with sports teams and businesses for group bookings

- Maintain a clean, hygienic environment (wet area mop, sanitise surfaces)

- Create engaging social media content (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok)

- Support local marketing and activation events

- Accurately document member inquiries and maintain data integrity

Who You Are

- A customer centric sales gun - energetic, proactive, and easily connects with diverse clients (No sales experience needed, just a great attitude)

- Deep interest in wellness and recovery (or eagerness to fully dive into it)

- Experienced in fast paced customer service and strong sales delivery

- Skilled communicator with excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem solving skills





- Confident working autonomously while maintaining team synergy

- High level of social media acumen

Essential Qualifications

- Proven experience in high-volume customer service

- Background in the fitness or wellness industry (preferred)

- Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset

- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)

- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
