The Opportunity





This newly created Finance Business Partner role will take ownership of FP&A; and project-focused financial analysis across the development portfolio. Working closely with project managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, project costing and performance tracking to drive commercial outcomes. Experience with Jobpac ERP is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across multiple developments.

- Own project costing, job tracking and variance analysis.

- Deliver insightful dashboard reporting and project performance metrics.

- Partner with project managers to translate operational results into financial insights.

- Maintain project-related GL integrity and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Improve Jobpac processes and strengthen reporting and costing controls.

- Support investment decisions through financial modelling and ad hoc analysis.

About You

- CA/CPA qualified with minimum 6 years’ experience in property development.

- Proven background in project accounting, cost tracking and analysis.

- Jobpac ERP experience is mandatory.

- Strong communicator and business partner,



confident influencing senior stakeholders.

- Advanced Excel and data reporting skills, with a commercial mindset.
