Join the Little Zak’s family! We’re a privately owned, family-run centre passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing place for children to grow and learn.

We’re looking for experienced Room Leaders to bring their energy, ideas, and leadership to our Carey Bay team. You’ll guide educators, inspire little learners, and work with our Centre Director to keep our service thriving.

What you’ll do:

- Lead, mentor, and support your room’s educators
- Deliver engaging, high-quality programs for every child
- Build strong connections with families and your team
- Keep our learning spaces protected, fun, and inclusive

What we’re after:





- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved)
- WWCC + First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Current Child Protection Certificate
- Strong EYLF/NQS knowledge & a love for team collaboration
