About the Opportunities

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking two dedicated Medical Receptionists to join our Windsor team on Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time (0.6) bases.

The working hours for these positions are between 6:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Friday,



and 7:30am and 3:30pm on Saturdays.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
- Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
- Operate our booking system efficiently.
- Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You

In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:

- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
- Adaptability to various databases and systems.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
