Job Description

We are launching a brand new Drive Thru GYG at Bateau Bay early next year and we are on the hunt for an amazing Assistant Restaurant Manager!!

At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG,



you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods. You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.
