About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and people focused Customer Engagement Manager to represent Provider Choice across Victoria and Tasmania.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, building strong partnerships within the NDIS and disability support community.



You’ll work closely with Support Coordinators, Providers, and other key stakeholders to increase awareness of Provider Choice’s plan management services and drive participant engagement.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building, community networking, and business growth – all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve state-based growth and engagement targets within your assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Support Coordinators, Providers, and other NDIS stakeholders.
- Promote Provider Choice as the plan manager of choice for recent and existing NDIS participants.
- Engage with your network through:
- Face-to-face visits and virtual meetings
- Webinars, community events, expos, and networking functions
- Develop and implement sales plans, budgets, call cycles, and KPIs to achieve business goals.
- Demonstrate and promote Provider Choice’s innovative plan management solutions,



including our dashboard, Guru team, and other participant support initiatives.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage your client pipeline, track progress, and analyse performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and brand team to deliver local campaigns, promotional activities, and community initiatives.
- Provide market insights and feedback to support continuous improvement, innovation, and business development strategies.

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the NDIS or disability services sector
- Strong, established industry connections and contacts
- Proven success in relationship management, business development, or community engagement roles
- Confident communicator and natural connector who thrives in both face-to-face and virtual settings
- Proactive, results-driven,



and passionate about improving outcomes for people with disability
