About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team full time.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll work across multiple kitchen sections, delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency, and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.





Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard across multiple sections

- Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency throughout service

- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage

- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards

- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff as required

About You:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy pub/restaurant kitchen

- Well-rounded skills across multiple kitchen sections

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills

- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
