This is a great chance for the successful candidate who lives within a reasonable distance to the Bayside/South Eastern suburbs and is looking for a stable, local based role.
Our client, a well-established family-owned business in the concrete construction industry is seeking an experienced Estimator.
Duties include:
- Estimating functions
- Reading plans
- Steel scheduling
- Liaising with internal and external customers
The successful applicant will possess:
- Experience in Estimating/Construction industry and or concreting/steel reinforcement background
- CFA Piling experience
- Engineering background an advantage
- White card
- Organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Clear communication, negotiation & relationship building skills
- Experience with construction project software would be desirable
- IT skills
- Ability to take instruction
- Willing to learn
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Able to work independently
- Motivated and driven
- Current driver's licence
Days : Monday to Friday
Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Salary: $90K - $95K (depending on experience)
