Concept Windows is a leading supplier of premium aluminum windows and doors across Perth WA. We’re looking for a hands-on Project Completion Manager to take ownership of the finish line, coordinating finals, service, and warranty to deliver an exceptional client experience and profitable outcomes.

What you’ll do

- Lead finals and project close-out: plan daily run sheets, coordinate materials, and supervise site teams to quality standards.

- Own client communication: liaise with builders, homeowners, and strata to schedule works, resolve issues, and minimize escalations.

- Manage variations & budgets: document scope changes, quote and submit variations, and help ensure target GP% is met.





- Coordinate screens & compliance: oversee fly/security screen administration, commissioning, keys, warranty packs, and statutory requirements.

- Run service & warranty: triage issues, determine warranty status, schedule technicians, and keep the service register current.

- Safety & systems: champion HSE practices, documentation (e.g., ITPs) and accurate timesheets, orders, and reporting.

What you’ll bring

- Experience leading field/site teams in glazing, construction, or similar.

- Strong planning/scheduling and time management across multiple jobs.

- Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and contractors.

- Practical problem solver with sound commercial judgement (variations, cost control).

- Working knowledge of HSE requirements and site compliance.

- Comfortable with job management/software tools and clear documentation.
