Position Details:

- Full-time role with overtime hours available

- 3rd-year apprentices considered

- Australian citizen essential

- Must have reliable transport and a valid licence

- Proven experience in butchering, including high-end and gourmet products is highly desirable





- Strong attention to detail for precise cutting and presentation

- Excellent customer service skills to assist and educate customers

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced workplace

- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards diligently

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and products

Your Role Will Include:

- Preparing a variety of meat cuts with precision and care

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop

- Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge

- Assisting in stock management and shop display

- Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
