About the Role

As a Labourer at CDAB, you'll be the backbone of our site operations — keeping projects running smoothly and supporting our carpenters, site managers, and trades.

Every day will be a bit different: helping prep sites, handling materials,



assisting trades, and making sure everything's safe, clean, and on schedule.

It's a great opportunity to grow your skills and build a career in residential construction.

?Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Site Manager and team to hit project targets

- Assist trades and the site team with general construction activities

- Handle, unload, and move materials and tools safely

- Keep the site tidy and organised throughout the day

- Set up and pack down site areas as required

- Follow site safety procedures and attend toolbox meetings

?What We're Looking For:

Current driver's licence and transport to the site

Must have valid Australian work rights

- White Card (required)

- Some construction or site experience preferred (but not essential)

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

- MR licence is preferred but not essential

- Hold Asbestos and Silica Awareness Certificate

- Experience with worksite machinery is preferred
