About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with experienced agents, gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic world of real estate. You will be involved in every stage of the sales process—from prospecting and client engagement, you will take on key administrative responsibilities, including preparing property listings, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing client databases, scheduling inspections, and assisting with contract documentation,



while developing the skills necessary to advance your career. In addition, this role offers a comprehensive exposure to both the client-facing and behind-the-scenes aspects of a successful property campaign, providing a strong foundation for a career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing administrative tasks related to property sales, such as updating databases, tracking campaign progress, and preparing property documentation.

- Attending open homes and liaising with prospective buyers

- Assisting in property campaigns, including coordinating marketing materials, social media promotion, and advertising

- Supporting the listing process, including organising inspections, valuations, and preparing contracts

- Coordinating and obtaining repair/defect quotes to ensure properties are sale-ready

- Booking key appointments, including Open for Inspections (OFIs) and Auctions

- Preparing properties for sale and facilitating smooth transactions from listing to settlement.

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate

- Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed

- Customer service experience preferred

- Driver’s license & reliable car (essential)

- Strong communication skills and professional presentation

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
