We’re looking for a motivated Support Claims Officer to join our Neerabup team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of property insurance claims, helping to keep jobs on track and clients informed.

This role focuses on managing insurer client portals, maintaining accurate job data, and supporting communication between supervisors, trades, and customers to ensure claims run smoothly from start to finish.
