You’ll be joining the team as a Sales Consultant, helping customers create unforgettable travel experiences.

About the Role

You’ll be speaking with warm leads - people who have already enquired about creating a trip or travel experience.

Your role is to understand their needs, provide information about available options, and guide them through the first steps of booking with one of our experienced travel designers.

This role is about genuine conversations, not hard selling. You’ll focus on listening, problem-solving,



and matching customers to the right experience while building your confidence in sales.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Speak with inbound and outbound warm leads who’ve enquired online.
- Understand customer goals and preferences, then connect them with the right travel solution.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work towards achievable daily and weekly targets.
- Collaborate with your team to share insights and improve conversions.

Skills and Experience

- Background in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Confident, friendly and professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn sales and develop new skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the drive to achieve results.
