About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance operations and play a key role in our next stage of growth.

Reporting to an external CFO,



you’ll lead a small offshore team and manage all aspects of finance — including accounting, compliance, payroll, tax, reporting, and budgeting. You’ll ensure robust financial controls while providing commercial insights that help drive smarter decisions.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to improve processes, add value, and partner closely with the leadership team.

About you

You’re an experienced finance professional who enjoys working both strategically and operationally. You love building strong relationships, improving systems, and developing your team.

You’ll bring:

- 3+ years’ experience as a Finance Manager in a $20m+ organisation
- Experience managing offshore/remote teams
- Solid Xero and Excel skills
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset

Experience in high-volume services is an advantage, but what matters most is your integrity, curiosity, and drive to make things better.

This is a permanent part-time position (around 24 hours/week), with flexibility in how those hours are worked.

Salary: $110K per annum pro rata + super.
