We are looking for an individual that will be able to provide an overall service to our valuable clients, including the managing of approved repairs until successful completion. This role will be suitable for a self-motivated individual,



with excellent organisational skills and experience within the building insurance industry.

Reporting to the Operations Manager of the company, the successful applicant will be required to manage client relationships between insurance providers and the end customer to ensure repairs are delivered on schedule, to the high standard and to the budget in place.

Application Requirements:

* Experience within the building insurance industry

* Customer service skills & qualified telephone/written manner

* Estimating/reporting skills for building reinstatement works

* Engaging, coordinating and managing trades to meet customer satisfaction

* Computer literacy and experience with MS Excel/Outlook

* Excellent time management/ability to manage multiple projects

* Good work ethic and highly motivated

* Hold a current and valid motor vehicle license

The successful applicant will undergo training, tailored to their level of experience and building background.

A fully maintained vehicle, laptop, along with tools and required equipment will be provided.
