SmartClinics West End is looking for a Senior Medical Receptionist (or an Experienced Medical Receptionist) to join our friendly and professional team!

Hours: Full Time position, Monday to Friday only - 38 hours per week (no weekend shifts!)

Location: SmartClinics West End (79 Boundary Street, West End, QLD 4101)

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our patients - providing outstanding service, supporting our doctors, and keeping the practice running smoothly.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–2 years experience as a Medical Receptionist in a GP or medical clinic setting

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A qualified, caring,



and patient-focused attitude

- Ability to work well within a team and manage a busy front desk
