To join our team as a Gardener at Elements of Byron, you’ll need to have experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role, with a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. We're looking for someone reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic,



who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in a stunning natural environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our gardens and resort surrounds are presented to the highest standard, contributing to the exceptional experience we offer our guests.

Requirements

- Current drivers licence (manual) essential, truck licence desirable
- Extensive Gardening, weed and plant identification experience
- Experience with Mowers and Whipper Snippers
- Well presented and physically fit
- Commitment to longer term employment
- Available to work across seven days a week
- Strong work ethic
- Qualifications in horticulture and landscaping or conservation management
- Chainsaw ticket
- ChemCert Certification

Experience is essential in the following areas:

- Weed Identification & control (includes spraying)
- Whipper snipping, pruning, mowing, mulching, planting, lawn care
