Fly-In Fly-Out from Perth | 15 Days On, 13 Days Off (Adhoc Rosters)

About the Role:

You'll be part of a 9-person team supporting 90–120 residents at a remote site. With a 2/2 lifestyle-friendly roster, this FIFO role offers the perfect balance of challenge and reward.

What We’re Looking For:

- ✅ WA-based candidate

- ✅ Has housekeeping experience (kitchen experience a bonus)

- ✅ Is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on movement

- ✅ Can lead a small team and communicate professionally with clients

- ✅ Understands budgets, rostering, and team development

- ✅ Is safety-conscious, results-driven, and leads by example

- ✅ Has basic computer skills (Word & Excel)

Requirements:

- Unlimited Australian working rights

- WA Driver’s Licence

- Able to pass pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol screen

- National Police Check (within 6 months)

- Can obtain a WA Approved Manager’s License

- Is ready to fly out from Perth and embrace remote living
