Key Responsibilities

- Program, set, and operate CNC machinery to produce precision components

- Maintain quality standards and ensure all parts meet specifications

- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Essential Requirements

- Trade qualification as a Fitter/Machinist (or equivalent)

- Full working rights in Australia

- Demonstrated reliability, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic
