They are expanding their Queensland operations with a focus on HVAC and Electrical excellence.

The Chance

This is a leadership position overseeing five key branches Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, and Gladstone.



You will be responsible for driving regional performance, compliance, safety, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes. Reporting directly to national leadership, this role offers real ownership and influence over multi-trade service delivery across QLD.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead regional operations covering HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing service teams.

- Coach and develop branch managers, supervisors, and technicians with clear KPIs and performance standards.

- Oversee budgets, margins, variations, and contract compliance for government and enterprise clients.

- Strengthen client relationships and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with WHS, QA, asset maintenance, and statutory obligations.

- Travel across Queensland to support teams and customers as required.

About You

- Proven experience managing multi-trade or facilities service teams across multiple regions.

- Strong operational leadership, including scheduling, workforce management, and subcontractor governance.

- Commercially confident with proven P&L;, budgeting,



and risk management experience.

- Experienced working within government and enterprise contract frameworks.

- Data-driven, organised, and able to simplify complexity.

- Energetic, hands-on leader with a growth mindset and a track record of getting results.

- Local QLD knowledge, particularly in regional networks, highly regarded.
