Commencing January 2026, this is a fixed term, full time position for the 2026 school year. There is the possibility of the position becoming a continuing, full time role, dependent on the needs of the College.

The Teacher of Instrumental Music (Strings)



works in collaboration with and under the immediate direction of the Director of Music within the Cultural Department and the Subject Coordinator of Music within the Studies area. The role holder is responsible for music lessons (strings) and ensemble direction of orchestras and string orchestras, including the Year 5 and 6 Music Immersion Program.

The successful applicant will ideally have teaching, ensemble and conducting experience.
