Toowoomba Spray Shop is a family owned and operated agricultural business specialising in the sale and maintenance of agricultural spray equipment catering for clientele throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

An exciting opportunity now exists for an Assembly and Repairs Technician to join the small yet dynamic team working within a full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm) in Toowoomba.

Duties:





• Assemble new agricultural spray rigs.

• Repair and service of existing equipment.

Essential Elements:

• To demonstrate a good understanding of mechanical repairs and maintenance.

• To demonstrate the ability to problem solve.

• To work effectively within a team environment.

• To be reliable and commit to a full-time position.

• Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Beneficial Attributes:

• While a mechanical trade will be viewed as extremely favourable, it is not essential.

• Prior rural work experience and a general understanding of agricultural sector will be very beneficial yet not essential.

This position will suit an individual who has a keen interest in agriculture and is committed to learning recent skills to advance their career. Training can be provided to the successful candidate in return for a long-term commitment to

the position, a positive attitude and willingness to work hard. The successful candidate will have a current Fork lift license, driver's license and their own transportation.

An open car licence is required for this role.

Toowoomba Spray Shop was established in November 2000 as there was a need for a specialised spray shop to service the agricultural market on the Darling Downs.

Offering a large range of sprayers, parts and accessories ... Toowoomba Spray Shop also carry out repairs to most brands of chemical pumps and controllers as well as diagnostics for spray application problems.





The domestic market is catered for with a range of heavy duty knapsack sprayers, 12 volt sprayers and mower trailed sprayers. A full range of parts to service the knapsack sprayers are normally kept in stock for your convenience.
