About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Lead Bartender to take the reins behind the bar and help drive Kaktus into an industry leader for a place to enjoy vibing music with exceptional cocktails.

You’ll be responsible for crafting memorable guest experiences through world-class drinks and genuine hospitality. Working closely with the Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our cocktail program, mentoring the bar team,



maintaining high service standards, and leading by example during busy service periods.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and loves creating moments that keep guests coming back.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for spirits — especially tequila and mezcal.
- Proven experience in a senior bar or supervisory role within a busy venue.
- A confident, charismatic presence behind the bar with a natural ability to engage guests.
- Keen eye for detail and consistency in drink execution and presentation.
- Leadership qualities — someone who can guide, motivate, and elevate a team.
- Understanding of bar operations including stock control, prep, and service standards.
- Availability for nights and weekends (it’s when the magic happens).

Bonus points if you’re a creative mind who loves experimenting with flavours, new techniques, and the occasional fiery showpiece.
