Expression of Interest: Refrigeration Apprentice – Peel Region

A locally owned and operated refrigeration and air conditioning business in the Peel region is currently seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team. This opportunity is open to candidates at various stages of their trade journey, including:

- First-year apprentices
- Second or third-year apprentices seeking a new placement
- Individuals interested in gaining work experience with the potential to transition into a formal apprenticeship

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will work closely with a small, hands-on team and must be capable of following instructions, contributing to a positive team dynamic, and demonstrating initiative in a practical,



fast-paced environment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Demonstrate a robust work ethic and willingness to take direction
- Show genuine interest in the refrigeration and air conditioning trade
- Hold a current driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
- Be of legal age to obtain or already hold a Working at Heights certification, or be willing to acquire it
