We're seeking a skilled and reliable Hospitality All Rounder with a proven track record in housekeeping, bar service, reception, and guest services. This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional service across multiple areas of hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in similar roles, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Housekeeping: Clean and prepare guest rooms and communal areas to a professional standard.

- Bar Service:



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, follow RSA requirements, and maintain stock and cleanliness.

- Reception & Guest Services: Manage check-ins/check-outs, handle guest enquiries, coordinate bookings, and provide local information.

- General Hospitality Support: Assist with events, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and support team operations as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in hospitality, ideally across multiple roles

- Demonstrated experience across all four hospitality areas: housekeeping, bar service, reception, and guest services

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team

- High attention to detail and time management skills

- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain before commencement)

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
