As part of this transformation, we’re hiring multiple new positions. These roles are key to shaping a vibrant and forward-thinking Chief Technology Office — one that adds real value, delivers better outcomes, and works in smarter, more agile ways.
About your current role
As the Global Administrator M365,
you’ll be accountable for the centralised administration, governance, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. You’ll ensure secure, reliable, and consistent user experiences that empower collaboration, productivity, and innovation across the organisation.
Leading the M365 and Deployment & Packaging team, you’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on technical expertise to deliver seamless application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management across the Microsoft 365 platform and integrated environments.
What you’ll do
- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related security and compliance tools.
- Lead and mentor the M365 and Deployment & Packaging team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee application packaging, deployment automation, and release management across M365 and connected environments.
- Manage governance, licensing, and identity integration (Entra ID / AD) to ensure platform alignment and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement, monitor system performance,
and maintain a strong security posture through proactive controls and compliance measures.
- Collaborate across stakeholders including Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and business units to align M365 solutions with organisational goals.

We're looking for people who have
You’re a skilled and forward-thinking M365 professional who thrives in complex, enterprise-scale environments and enjoys leading high-performing teams. You’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 tenant services at a global or enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated leadership in deployment, packaging, and lifecycle management of M365 applications.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and hybrid Exchange environments.
- In-depth understanding of M365 identity, security, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g. Entra ID, conditional access, data loss prevention, MDM).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for administration and deployment tasks.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management (e.g. incident, change, release management) and experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-100, MS-101, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert)
and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
