We’re looking for an experienced Senior Florist to join our friendly team at In Bloom Florist in Warringah Mall. If you love flowers, thrive in a fast-paced shop setting, and enjoy helping customers pick the perfect blooms, this is a wonderful opportunity to join a vibrant, creative environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and arrange fresh flowers into unique and visually appealing bouquets, centrepieces and floral creations

- Assist customers with warm, knowledgeable service, guiding them to choose flowers suited to their occasion

- Maintain flower and product inventory, including receiving,



processing and caring for fresh deliveries

- Ensure the workspace and displays are clean, organised and beautifully presented

- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the store’s success

? What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior florist or similar role

- Strong floral design skills with an eye for colour, texture and balance

- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Genuine passion for flowers and commitment to high-quality work
