Customer Service & Sales - Goodyear Benalla, full time, onsite
Goodyear Autocare Benalla are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative.
About the role:
- First point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, providing quotes and advice.
- Schedule customer appointments, ensuring all work orders are processed and tracked in our system.
- Assist clients with post-service questions and follow-up on repairs.
- Communicate solutions to customers and advise them on repair options or maintenance needs.
- Process orders for tyres and mechanical work, order parts ensuring accurate records and inventory tracking are maintained.
- Maintain clear,
professional communication with both customers and the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in tyre sales or the automotive industry essential.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage customer concerns effectively and professionally, offering solutions in a timely manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Rostered every third Saturday (negotiable) 8.00am to 11.00am, paid as overtime
