About Us

ILM Early Learning Centre, is located in Hillcrest and Underwood Queensland. ILM is dedicated to foster wisdom in our children and help them develop holistically to the best of their ability, guided by the divine Islamic values of mutual love, peace, respect, discipline, dignity and honor.





The Role

We are looking for motivated and inspiring Educators who are passionate about early education and share our vision for quality learning.

Being part of our enthusiastic team, you will:

- Design and deliver high quality, inclusive and magical learning experiences that encourages children’s love for learning

- Create a wonder-filled space where children feel safe, valued and excited to explore

- Honor individuality, creativity and focus on providing high quality care and education to our children to ensure school readiness

- Mentor and inspire your team to be the best they can be

- Build strong, positive and trusting relationships with children, families, educators and the community, thereby positively promoting the service and the centre

- Maintain effective communication with the parents

- Provide a comprehensive transition to school program

Desired Skills & Key Role Responsibilities

- Diploma qualified or actively pursuing one

- Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications





- Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS and QKLG

- Participate in qualified and personal development
